“The Golden Rule” Matthew 7:12 (Stephen Field)

The Golden Rule is so simple and so clear, how can you even preach a sermon on it? “Do to others what you would have them do to you.” This sermon almost lasted only 2 minutes with the exhortation to go out and do exactly that! But, the Golden Rule is hard for us to live out not because it’s hard to understand, but because it calls from us a radical level of self-reflection and honestly about how we truly like to be treated. In this sermon we unpack how the Golden Rule challenges our heart and speaks into the very deepest parts of our being.
